Westinghouse 40-inch won't turn on, help?

-I purchased a Westinghouse 40-inch 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV from Target last Black Friday. Now, when I turn on the tv, the blue power light turns on, but no sound or picture shows. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance
