My dvd player not acting right?

-my player has loud humming noise and what ever i play or record the pictures are green color the humming is worse when when i set the record timer its very bad also when i delete a recoored on my dvd i have a magnavox its only 2 years old lately i have been doing alot of dubbing from my vhs to dvd think it got over workedHi



It may be that you have mixed up the cables at the back so check your connections .It sounds like you may be using RGB connections and have got them in the wrong order.Check tv and recorder ends of the cables.
