My Optoma EP739 doesn't even turn on or have any lights showing on the top panel LED. It has power going to it?

-My Optoma EP739 doesn't even turn on or have any lights showing on the top panel LED. It has power going to it but it seems that there might be a short or something else that is going on that I don't know how to troubleshoot. Any Suggestions? This unit was just working, but after we put the case back on it doesn't power up, and the LED's on the top panel don't turn on anymore. Help!Maybe the bulb is blown?
