I just started using netflix on my new blu-ray player.?

-How do I fix this problem? I started a movie, got as far as the opening credits and stopped. Would not restart. Tried again the next night, same thing. Tried a different movie, same thing. Impossible to contact Netflix to refer the problem. Anyone? Anything?
