How is it possible to control my Denon AVR1705?

-receiver 's functions without original remote? Here is my problem: I was told by the seller of this beast, that he had shut of the sub-woofer setting and all I need to do is go into the settings to adjust it accordingly. I am having problems doing this, due to the extra functions only being able to be reached with the original remote can provide. Please someone help me with this problem before I may have to discard it as a bad investment Thanks, Mike M
