6 & 8 ohm speakers will this work?

-Looking at a Jamo 5.1 speakers specs. show front and rear speakers 6 ohms center speaker 8 ohms. I have a Yamaha RX V 465 receiver. Will these speakers work with this receiver?Open up the owners manual and look at the page for setting up speakers. The minimum nominal impedance requirement should be there. Yamaha has dumbed down the web page that lists the specifications of their receivers so there is no indication of stuff that the average person doesn't understand such as distortion, frequency response and speaker impedance. Also, I have no idea what Confucious is talking about. You didn't say anything about bridging channels so you can ignore what he says abut that. Maybe he had "a vertation."
Most receivers can handle 4 to 8 OHM load for speakers. Jamo is a pretty good speaker system and your receiver should have no problem powering the speakers. Hope this will help you out.
