Sound lag on home theater system?

-hi, thanks to anyone in advance who can help with this question.



ive got a considerable sound lag when listening to audio through my dvd home theatre system.



basically i have my tv plugged into the dvd home theatre system with hdmi lead, a plastation 3 with hdmi lead and a humax freeview hd with a hdmi lead.



and also an optical cable from my tv to the home theatre. but still got lag its really annoying....



anyone help?

Timin the settings on your amp is there a thing called DELAY if so you will need to adjust this to bring the sound and vision together or the setting may be on your humax boxYou mean sound lag from your tv vs your home theater speakers? Just turn your tv volume off



Or do you mean sound lag from mouth movement from your tv vs the sound coming out of your speakers? That's so annoying! Lol..
